What to know about WinShape Marriage
WinShape offers themed retreat dates, so choose the program topic as well as the weekend. A marriage retreat is distinct from WinShape’s separate intensive services. Confirm availability for the named event before arranging travel, particularly where the event page shows a waiting list.

The experience, in more detail
A simple room and an unplugged setting
The retreat FAQ describes private rooms with a king bed and bathroom, linens and towels, but no television or room phone. Activities on the grounds include walking trails, bikes and outdoor games. Bring clothing and footwear that suit the season.
Teaching with space between sessions
Retreat teaching takes place in an auditorium, with time outside sessions to spend together. The FAQ says these marriage retreats do not include one-to-one counseling. Children, including infants, do not attend, so arrange care before reserving.
Coordinate the whole weekend
The usual pattern is Friday check-in from 4 to 6 p.m. through Sunday around noon. Extra lodging nights are not available through the retreat. Check cancellation terms before paying: the published policy changes within 14 days of the start.
