Choose residential or return-home attendance
The program describes residential experiences in a hotel or retreat house and nonresidential events in settings such as a parish or school. In the latter, couples return home overnight. Confirm the format attached to the date you choose.
The conversations have a structured progression
Presentations address appreciation, personality differences, listening and difficult topics, with faith also part of the program. Ask the local team how the teaching leads into private conversations between partners and what participation is expected.
Protect the time from ordinary commitments
The program asks couples to arrange care for children and pets so they can participate fully. Some communities also offer a separate multi-week format. Check that the calendar you receive matches the weekend experience you intend to book.
