A no-cost, no-obligation conversation with a Soul Guide is the starting point. The guide discusses what you want from the trip and helps select practitioners and sessions. Ask to review the proposed itinerary and the role of each practitioner before approving the package.
Book ahead and leave breathing room
The FAQ recommends arranging a retreat two to three weeks in advance. It also describes gaps between sessions for rest, reflection and journaling. Those breaks are part of the planned experience, so a packed sightseeing itinerary may be difficult to combine with the work.
Lodging is its own decision
