A CLOSER LOOK

What to know about SpiritQuest Sedona Retreats

SpiritQuest builds a personal itinerary rather than placing every couple in the same course. Some sessions are shared and others are individual. Its approach is explicitly holistic coaching, so the planning conversation should establish which activities and practitioners suit both partners.

BEFORE YOU GO

The experience, in more detail

Make the itinerary your own

The sample retreat combines communication work with outdoor sessions and optional bodywork. Treat that schedule as a starting point: discuss which spiritual practices you are comfortable with and ask to see the proposed balance of joint and individual appointments.

Two settings to plan around

The optional Owl Room accommodation is in Oak Creek Canyon, about a 20-minute drive from the West Sedona center. Staying there does not mean every appointment happens on the property. Confirm transport and session locations before choosing accommodation.

Keep support going at home

The sample itinerary finishes with an integration session and mentions Lifeline support afterward. Ask what contact is available once you leave, who provides it, and whether it is included in your quote or purchased separately.

Meet the organization behind the retreat

Founder Katherine Lash describes a background in education and philosophy alongside relationship-coaching training. She leads a wider practitioner team, so ask who is assigned to your itinerary and what each person will contribute. The founder’s biography does not establish your individual session leader.
